I can't help but laugh when people ask me who I am. Yes, in the public I go by Craig Saint. I have for years now. It doesn't matter my name, or who I know, but what really does matter is that I am an honest genuine person. Sometimes though, it seems as if people like to mistake my kindness for weakness. I find it extremely frustrating that the values and morals have gone down in today's society. However, the way I was raised, with values and morals separate and distinguish between (not in the monetary sense) the higher class of society and the lower class of society.
Keep your values and convictions and you will shine bright!

Hockey Night in Oshawa
There is nothing more therapeutic to a Canadian, than racing around the ice slapping at the puck. If you had the chance to do so you might enjoy just as much as I do. I also have had the opportunity to read Walter Gretzky's book, On Hockey, Family and Healing. It helped me through some rough times.
I recently gave that book away in hopes to help someone through a rough time. I will never get that book back. However, so long as this person reads it, they will learn the same things I learned from it. How to let go of the negativity and the past hurt through hockey.
So in the time-being I will continue to strive for greatness in my life.
Like the Matthew Wilder song says:
Ain't nothin' gonna to break my stride
Nobody's gonna slow me down, oh-no
I got to keep on movin'
Ain't nothin' gonna break my stride
I'm running and I won't touch ground
Oh-no, I got to keep on movin'

Manipulator
We all know that breaking up with someone isn't easy. It is especially difficult when the other party insists on making your life a nightmare. I have said many times before to avoid liars, cheats and fakes. I have also mentioned to stay away from manipulative people.
Problem is, yes, I admit it. I get caught from time to time with one of these type of people.
I should be the one following my own advice. But, I have a soft spot, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. It always seems that when I catch on to the deceptions and lies, it becomes my fault. The manipulator will always turn on you.
I know it's not fair. You didn't deserve this. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and carry on wayward.

I am...
I am the star in my own movie. I am also the author and the director. I create wonderful roles for myself.
Sometimes I forget that I am the creator of my own destiny. I have created a master role for myself and the only thing left I have to do is prove it to myself that I am worthy of the life I have created.

Bipolar
Bipolar Disorder. It is a very touchy subject to talk about. Many people think it is a mental disorder. When in fact it is a mood disorder. I found some interesting facts about bipolar disorder and I would like to share them.
As someone who has this disorder, I shared this as a way to help you understand.
Having bipolar disorder is not a weakness.
- Approximately 8% of adults will experience major depression at some time in their lives.
- About 1% of Canadians will experience bipolar disorder (or “manic depression”).
- A complex interplay of genetic, biological, personality and environmental factors causes mental illnesses.
- Almost one half (49%) of those who feel they have suffered from depression or anxiety have never gone to see a doctor about this problem.
- Stigma or discrimination attached to mental illnesses presents a serious barrier, not only to diagnosis and treatment but also to acceptance in the community.
- When people have bipolar disorder, their brain works differently from the usual way. Our brains help us to think, feel and act in certain ways. When people have bipolar disorder, they think, feel and act differently from how they do when they’re well.
- There is almost always two different phases with bipolar disorder — lows called depression and highs called mania. During a low phase, the person is sad and often withdrawn. This is called depression. During a high phase, the person is either way too happy or way too angry.
- The person is very energetic and more outgoing than usual. This is called mania. At other times, the person is his or her usual self.
- Bipolar disorder can vary from person to person — it can be mild, or it can be a more difficult struggle.

Liars, Cheats and Fakes
No one likes to be lied to, cheated on or manipulated. Looking back over the years, I can definitely say I have had my fair share of run ins with this people. It seems even to this day that I encounter these people on a daily basis.
Just because you don't physically commit an act of infidelity it doesn't mean you didn't cheat. If you are in a committed relationship, and you spend more time with another person outside of your relationship, allowing it to fall apart. You have just committed what is known as an emotional affair. You have become attached to a friendship that consumed you, there was something you wanted out of the friendship and you did whatever you could to maintain that friendship.
In the meantime the original relationship deteriorates to the point where nothing is left.
Cheating. Lying. Fake.

The Balance
I can't remember a time when I haven't been involved in the public. Throughout my triumphs and my defeats I continue to delve into the world around me. I immerse myself entirely in what I do. I don't give up. Sometimes though, I have to let you know, that the private life clashes with the public life. When it does you had better be prepared for the storm that is coming. Sun Tzu described in The Art of War;
"All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when we are able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must appear inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near."
I like to think that in times of peace, you prepare for the battle.
So when the two worlds collide it may seem like the end, because you are in the public eye, people are watching you. But, yes at the same time you have remain resilient.
Another story that comes to mind is the story of Samson and Delilah. Samson was a biblical man with long flowing hair that gave him strength. He met a woman named Delilah. One day, while Samson was sleeping, Delilah allowed his enemies to come and shave his hair. They then imprisoned him and later killed him.
Samson had let his guard down, and his strength was stolen from him.
It is what you choose now to remain strong. In the public eye and private life.
